1. Shipping Locations
We offer shipping within Pakistan only. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Please note that processing time includes order verification, packing, and quality checks. During peak shopping periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use trusted local shipping partners to deliver your orders. The delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): Delivery within 2-5 business days.
- Other cities and towns: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the availability of the product and external factors like weather or shipping carrier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan at 250 PKR per item. The shipping fee will be added to your order during checkout.
- Free shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on specific orders or during special events. Keep an eye out for such offers!

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the shipping partner’s website.

6. Packaging
We take extra care in packaging your items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Box Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- Unavailable Regions: Some remote or less accessible areas in Pakistan may not be eligible for shipping. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you before processing your order.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order or notification of a shipping delay. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund if necessary.

For all domestic orders, there are no additional customs duties or taxes involved. The price you pay at checkout is final, excluding shipping charges.
