You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives and follow our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance. Please contact us immediately at contact@glameze.com to make any changes.

Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Metro cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): Delivery within 2-5 business days.
- Other cities and towns: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan at 250 PKR per item. We use trusted local shipping partners for safe and reliable delivery. For more details, visit our Shipping Policy.
Currently, we do not offer a formal warranty on our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will either replace the item or issue a refund. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
Just remember that cancellations or changes should be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is shipped, changes cannot be made, but you can initiate a return once the item is delivered.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order through the shipping partner’s website. If you encounter any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance.
Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
Yes, most of our products, including shoes and handbags, are available in multiple sizes and colors. You can select your preferred size and color on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Unfortunately, we allow only one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Be sure to use the best one for your order!
