📦 Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • The item should be in resalable condition without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable.

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting our team through WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Details: Share your Order Number, Full Name, and clear photos/videos of the product (especially if there is any issue).

  3. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our return address. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Please note: Products sent back without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.

  • Worn or used footwear

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • Customized orders (unless defective)

💰 Refunds for Returns

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank or Card Transfer.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method and cash refunds are not offered.
